“Listing” refers to a doctor’s profile page on DocFindo.

“Featured Listing” refers to premium, paid listings with enhanced visibility.

“Content” refers to all information, text, images, reviews, and other materials on DocFindo.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocFindo, you acknowledge that:

  • Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service

4. Account Registration

  • Hold a valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical Commission) registration
  • Provide accurate professional credentials
  • Comply with Pakistani medical regulations

5.2 Profile Information

Doctors agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Update profile information regularly
  • Maintain valid PMDC registration
  • Respond to patient inquiries promptly (recommended)
  • Comply with professional medical ethics

5.3 Verification

DocFindo reserves the right to:

  • Verify PMDC registration numbers
  • Request additional documentation
  • Remove unverified or fraudulent listings
  • Conduct periodic re-verification

Important: DocFindo verifies PMDC registration but does not guarantee the quality, competence, or conduct of listed doctors.

5.4 Free Listings

Basic doctor profiles are provided free of charge and include:

  • Standard profile visibility
  • Basic contact information
  • Patient reviews and ratings
  • Search listing inclusion

5.5 Featured Listings

Doctors may purchase featured listings for enhanced visibility:

  • Priority placement in search results
  • Highlighted profile badge
  • Premium profile design
  • Enhanced analytics

Payment Terms:

  • Featured listings are charged monthly or annually
  • Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

5.6 Profile Removal

Doctors may request profile removal at any time. However:

  • Patient reviews may remain visible (anonymized)
  • Transaction records are retained for legal purposes
  • Removal takes up to 7 business days

6. Patient Users

6.1 No Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: DocFindo is an informational directory only. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Doctor profiles are for informational purposes
  • Contact doctors directly for medical consultation
  • In emergencies, call local emergency services (1122 in Pakistan)
  • We are not responsible for medical outcomes

6.2 Reviews and Ratings

Patients may leave reviews subject to these guidelines:

  • Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
  • Reviews must be respectful and constructive
  • No profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks
  • No false or misleading information
  • No spam or promotional content

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

6.3 Verification of Reviews

We may verify reviews to prevent fraud, but do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of all reviews.

7. Content Ownership and License

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, profile information, photos).

By submitting content, you grant DocFindo:

  • A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license

9. Payment and Fees

  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
  • We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards
  • All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices include applicable taxes

9.2 Refund Policy

  • Featured listing fees are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be issued for technical errors or service failures
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days

11. Disclaimers

DocFindo is NOT a healthcare provider.

We:

  • Do not provide medical advice or treatment
  • Are not responsible for medical outcomes
  • Do not guarantee doctor qualifications beyond PMDC verification
  • Are not liable for doctor-patient interactions
  • Do not endorse any specific doctor or treatment

Always consult licensed medical professionals for health concerns.

11.2 Service Availability

We strive for continuous service availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • Virus-free content
  • Accurate or complete information

11.3 “As Is” Basis

DocFindo is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DocFindo and its operators are NOT liable for:

  • Inaccurate information in doctor profiles

Exceptions:
